2. Product Use & Safety Warning

JGAP LLC provides heavy-duty off-road equipment. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that off-road driving involves inherent risks.

• Installation: All products including roof racks, tents, and recovery gear must be installed according to the provided manual. JGAP LLC is not liable for damages caused by improper installation.
• Vehicle Limits: It is the user's responsibility to ensure their vehicle's dynamic and static load ratings are not exceeded by the installation of our gear.
• Inspection: Users must regularly inspect all bolts, mounts, and hardware, especially after off-road use.

3. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JGAP LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. While we strive for accuracy, in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

5. Shipping Policy

Because of the size and weight of our products (Roof Racks, Slide Kitchens), most orders ship via Freight (LTL).

• Delivery: Someone must be present to sign for the delivery.
• Inspection upon Receipt: You must inspect the package for damage BEFORE signing the bill of lading. If damage is present, note it on the driver's paperwork or refuse shipment.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall JGAP LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
