Refund & Return Policy

At JGAP LLC, we want you to be completely confident in your gear before you head out on the trail. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must adhere to the following strict conditions:

Important: Products that have been mounted to a vehicle, even if not driven, are considered "used" and cannot be returned for a full refund due to safety liability.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at info@getjgap.com with your Order ID and reason for return. Do not ship items back until you have received a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

3. Restocking Fees

Due to the complexity of shipping large freight items (Roof Racks, Tents), all returns are subject to a standard 15% restocking fee. This fee is waived if the return is due to a JGAP LLC error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Freight Damage (Critical)

For Freight (LTL) shipments, you MUST inspect the product for damage before signing the driver's Bill of Lading.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
